Your Order

All orders except items on sale can be returned/exchanged for a full refund within 30 days with proof of purchase. Return shipping is not included. Sale items are non-refundable. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after being delivered and received. Full Return Policy can be found here.

All orders except items on sale can be returned/exchanged for a full refund within 30 days with proof of purchase. During the holiday season, we offer an extended 60-day exchange window. Purchases made between November 1st to December 31st at midnight can be exchanged within 60 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

After you complete your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping information. You can enter your tracking number here.

We accept payments from VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Apple Pay.

Our system allows the use of only one promo code per order. Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments and promo codes cannot be prorated or combined. After your first order, you will receive a promotional discount applicable to your second order, such code cannot be retroactively applied to the first order.

Sales tax is automatically applied to your DivinedGlow order following individual state codes and regulations. Tax will be added if your shipping address is in one of the following states – AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, or the District of Columbia.

You may change or cancel any order as long as the order status is “in process.” Once the order status has changed to “shipped,” we can not change or cancel your order as it is now in the hands of our carriers.

Shipping & Tracking

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your item’s weight and your shipping location. We strive to ensure shipping charges are affordable, however, we are at the mercy of our shipping carriers.

Most orders are shipped within 3 business days. Before shipping, all items are cleansed in our Sacred Blessing area to ensure they arrive to you with the highest positive healing vibrations. Once your item ships, we will notify you via email. Please note that during busy seasons, processing an order can take 5-7 business days.

Our system sends a confirmation email after you make your purchase and it will include your order number. If you didn’t receive it, please check your Spam Folder. If you are concerned that your order didn’t go through, and you haven’t received a confirmation email, please email us at in**@Di*********.com

Customers typically receive their orders within 1-3 weeks, however, this timeframe may vary for international customers. Pre-ordered items will be shipped 3-4 weeks after purchase.

To ensure that your items are shipped as quickly as possible, some items may arrive separately.

Please allow our carriers 2-3 business days after the shipment date to update your tracking info.

All of our items are handcrafted by our artisans around the globe and shipped out of our fulfillment house in Philadelphia, USA.

Please check your address on your confirmation email, which you should have received after your purchase. If there is a mistake with your address, please contact us at in**@Di*********.com as soon as possible.

Yes, we do!
Even with prompt shipping, the average delivery time is between 10-21 business days, excluding any delays and customs checks. This is also the case for Express shipping. Taxes and fees are determined according to local import rules.PLEASE NOTE: Once an order has left our warehouse, we are no longer able to change the shipping address. Gifting

Yes, we do! Divined Gift Cards are available online in any amount from $50 to $200. Gift Cards are available for purchase online in pre-set denominations. They may be redeemed only at www.DivinedGlow.com for purchases within the U.S. They are not redeemable for cash or credit except where required by law. DivinedGlow is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Sales tax will not be applied when you purchase a gift card. If merchandise items are included in your order, tax will only apply to merchandise items. Gift cards will be shipped via FedEx and will require a signature upon delivery.

No, our gift cards never expire!

No problem! When returning an item that was purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued to a new gift card.

Returns & Exchanges

Each piece is unique and may differ slightly from the product pictured. We take great pride in ensuring that the product images in our online catalog represent the look and quality of the items our customers receive. Should this not be the case, please send a photo of the item you received to in**@Di*********.com so we can confirm that the correct product was shipped.

Our products are handcrafted with care with strong attention to detail and quality. Due to the delicate nature of some designs, breakage can occur, although it is rare. If your item is broken, please contact us and send a photo of your item and receipt to in**@Di*********.com. Replacements are offered if the item is defective and within 30 days of being purchased. Defective items within the price range of $49+ purchased within 1 year with proof of purchase may request a special promo code for 50% off the same item.

Returns for exchanges, replacements, or refunds will need to be done within 30 days of being delivered (the delivery date is provided by the carrier). International customers must cover shipping expenses to return their products to the US. DivinedGlow will ship the replacement piece (due to damage) to the country of destination, cost-free. Returns for exchanges will be charged a shipping fee. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
